Retrofit Your Existing Home
The current In2 product line uses wired Ethernet for maximum reliability. In most cases these wired products can be installed in existing homes with little or no additional effort. Retrofit these subsystems easily:
- Thermostats - The Honeywell VisionPro IAQ thermostat communicates over the existing thermostat wires, and doesn't require any new wires. The Energy ICM is installed near the air handler or furnace equipment.
- Lighting - All supported lighting systems communicate without wires. The lighting ICM can be installed anywhere near the router.
- Security - Honeywell security systems have optional wireless sensors, and can be retrofit easily. The ICM is generally installed near the main security panel.
- Ethernet - All ICMs can be converted to wireless easily with the use of a wireless Ethernet bridge.
